Heather never had any one teach her about being a woman or about life。 She never went to school ether。 (What I would call "stunted growth"。) She had a hard time after her mother died。 So she found her courage and took off。 Her life changed so much。 Then she found Daisy Creek。 Very good story, about a woman who finely found herself。 I enjoyed the story very much。 I received a complimentary review copy of the book and I am voluntarily leaving an honest review。 Heather never had any one teach her about being a woman or about life。 She never went to school ether。 (What I would call "stunted growth"。) She had a hard time after her mother died。 So she found her courage and took off。 Her life changed so much。 Then she found Daisy Creek。 Very good story, about a woman who finely found herself。 I enjoyed the story very much。 I received a complimentary review copy of the book and I am voluntarily leaving an honest review。 。。。more

First of all, this is a great series。 It can be read out of order if you want。 Amelia Rose is a great writer who has all the details covered。 I loved this story。 It didn't go the way I thought at all。 The characters were well thought out and well developed。 She touches on other couples in the series, yet stays the to this story。 I loved the different levels of the story as well。 It's just not about 2 people。 It's about the relationship with everyone in town and the local Indian tribe as well, al First of all, this is a great series。 It can be read out of order if you want。 Amelia Rose is a great writer who has all the details covered。 I loved this story。 It didn't go the way I thought at all。 The characters were well thought out and well developed。 She touches on other couples in the series, yet stays the to this story。 I loved the different levels of the story as well。 It's just not about 2 people。 It's about the relationship with everyone in town and the local Indian tribe as well, along with the "bad guys"。 Excellent book。 。。。more

Heather ran away from her abusive father。 He would beat her all the time。 She found an ad for a mail order bride and left town to go to find her own happiness。 On the train she met a bad man who sold her to another man to work in a bar。 She ran away again to Daisy Creek and met the mayor Joshua who helped her get a place to live and found her work with the town doctor Gina。 I loved the characters and story。 I was given and ARC of this book and I highly recommend reading this book。

3。5 starsThank you to the writer for a copy of this ARC for a preview read。Another charming addition to the Daisy Creek Brides series。good characters, story。This one had a twist in that Heather doesn't arrive in Daisy Creek as a mail-order bride but b/c she read an ad for one & decided to check out the town。 Josh is a good character who's only had a light appearance in the previous books。 Yet again, another thing I like about this series。 It's a town & therefore even though each book is a new H/ 3。5 starsThank you to the writer for a copy of this ARC for a preview read。Another charming addition to the Daisy Creek Brides series。good characters, story。This one had a twist in that Heather doesn't arrive in Daisy Creek as a mail-order bride but b/c she read an ad for one & decided to check out the town。 Josh is a good character who's only had a light appearance in the previous books。 Yet again, another thing I like about this series。 It's a town & therefore even though each book is a new H/h, the characters from previous books all show up。 And new characters are introduced subtlety so as to perhaps have their own stories in the future。 While I did want a book about Sam, I am glad his status is mentioned。 In my opinion, Amelia Rose is one of the better writers in this genre。 She creates charming characters with a captivating story。 I also think this is one of the best series in the genre (historical clean romance) as it improves with each book and the overlying arc of the series (ie。 the town of Daisy Creek) is developing in each individual story。 。。。more

Very Enjoyable!Another very enjoyable quick story in this series which I enjoyed reading while I learnt how the love between the two main characters evolved and how it found a place in their hearts as well as in their lives。I've decided that I really like this new town and the way the inhabitants accept others, especially the new ones and also how they all go out of their way to help each other, regardless of nationality or culture。We ca all learn something from this!My voluntary review above is Very Enjoyable!Another very enjoyable quick story in this series which I enjoyed reading while I learnt how the love between the two main characters evolved and how it found a place in their hearts as well as in their lives。I've decided that I really like this new town and the way the inhabitants accept others, especially the new ones and also how they all go out of their way to help each other, regardless of nationality or culture。We ca all learn something from this!My voluntary review above is written after reading an Advance Reader Copy (ARC) of the book and is based on my thoughts and ideas about it。 。。。more

This intriguing story was well-written with characters that were so well detailed that I remained totally invested in the characters as their story developed from page to page until the very last page!

I think this might be my favorite one of the Daisy Creek Brides series! A sweet, clean romance with some action to grab the reader’s attention。 A very good job from start to finish。
